A Hale Lani's Policies

Reservation/Security Deposit
A $300 reservation/security deposit will hold your reservation and act as the security deposit to ensure proper care is taken of the premises. This deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. This deposit less a cleaning fee of $125 (for cottage) or $150 (for cottage and guest suite) will be refunded within 7 days of check out. The total rental fee including Hawaii Taxes 11.25% is due 60 DAYS prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
We will refund your reservation deposit in full if cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within the 60 days will also be refunded providing we are able to secure another reservation for that time period.

A Hale Lani is a smoke free home. We greatly appreciate your honoring our policy.
